Download eBay Sales

Normally you would not need to download your sales manually because all is done automatically for you. If you need to download your sales anyway, go to any sale screen and click the button 'Download Sales' at the bottom of each page.

If there are a lot of sales to download it may take a few minutes to finish this process.

Create New Sale

With this feature you can easily add new sales manually. You can use these sales for testing purposes or if you want to add sales from other auction platforms.

To create a new sale go to Admin -> AuctionBlox -> Sales -> Create New Sale

Add all needed information there and hit 'Submit' to save this sale.

Edit Sales

To edit a sale go to Admin → AuctionBlox → Sales and select the sale you want to edit. Click the little edit icon Image:Edit.gif to open the sale for editing.

Change all needed information there and hit ‘Submit’ to save this sale.

NOTE: Not all information can be edited here - time end, user ID and auction ID is uneditable.

Send Winning Bidder Notification

To manually send the winning bidder notification email select the sale(s) from the sales screen and click the invoice icon Image:Invoice email.gif above the list to send the invoice email for all selected sales.

NOTE: You need to have an invoice email template configured with the profile you want to use.

NOTE: You can send invoice emails to more than one customer at a time by selecting more than one sale.

NOTE: If you have configured your profile to send a carbon-copy of the email to your email address you will receive this copy while manually sending emails also.

Send Reminder Email

To send reminder email(s) select the sale(s) from the sales screen and click the reminder icon Image:Reminder.gif above the list to send the reminder email for all selected sales.

NOTE: You need to have an reminder email template configured with the profile you want to use.

NOTE: You can send reminder emails to more than one customer at a time by selecting more than one sale.

NOTE: If you have configured your profile to send a carbon-copy of the email to your email address you will receive this copy while manually sending emails also.

Send Warning

To send warning email(s) select the sale(s) from the sales screen and click the warning icon Image:Warning email.gif above the list to send the warning email for all selected sales.

NOTE: You need to have an warning email template configured with the profile you want to use.

NOTE: You can send warning emails to more than one customer at a time by selecting more than one sale.

NOTE: If you have configured your profile to send a carbon-copy of the email to your email address you will receive this copy while manually sending emails also.

Create Order

Sometimes you will need to create the order for your eBay sales manually due to different reasons: customer paid via PayPal before he ever received your invoice email etc.

To do this easily look for the sale and click the little create-order icon Image:Createorder.gif next to the auction title.

If the customer has bought several items all items that are not checked out yet are listed at the create order screen now.

Add all customer details that are not already filled in and save the order.

NOTE: If you select to send a notification to your customer they receive an order email.

NOTE: If you choose to create an account for them they do not receive an email with a password right now.
