Upload Items
To launch your items at eBay go to your saved items screen, select the items you want to launch and follow the steps shown during the upload process.
If you do not want the scheduling functions you can simply click 'Upload' without any change at the scheduler screen.
Your items will then be launched immediately at eBay.
Upload Manager
The Upload Manager is useful if more than one person in your company is working on uploading items. You can create several items and add them to the Upload Manager - and upload the items created by different persons in one step.
Just play a bit around with the uploading tools provided by AuctionBlox to see what way is the best for you and your company.
At Upload Manager item list you can't edit your items anymore. If you need to edit them, delete them and create a new item or go to saved listings screen and edit the item from there. You can add this item then to the Upload Manager again.
To upload your items to eBay with Upload Manager go to AuctionBlox -> Uploads -> Pending, select the items you want to upload (or select all) and click the little rocket Image:Uploads.gif icon to be prompted for the scheduler screen. If you agree to list your items the Upload Window opens and you can watch the process of your uploads.
Use Auctionblox Scheduler
With our AuctionBlox Scheduler you have the ability to schedule your listings without the additional eBay fee for scheduling items.
NOTE: The items listed with AuctionBlox Scheduler are not shown at 'My eBay' as scheduled items. The items are stored on AuctionBlox' servers to be listed at your time.
If you select launch your items the AuctionBlox Scheduler window opens. There you have multiple choices for scheduling your items, you can combine these with each other:
- Choose the date and time you want your listing to be started at eBay: 'start now' or choose a date and time using the calendar for date and dropdown for time.
- NOTE: Make sure you have configured the correct timezone for your store - this timezone is used for scheduling your items.
- NOTE: If daylight savings time is in effect and you didn't have changed the timezone to reflect this, add one hour to your scheduled time.
- Select how often you want to list this item:
- only once
- Repeat listing x times (e.g. you want to list 20 items enter 19 repetitions)\\ Select the way these repetitions are to take place:
- Launch new listing at end of listing (That means that 1 listing at eBay will always be listed)
- Launch on regular interval every ... ( That will launch your listings in the given interval)
Relisting Functionality
Automatic Relisting
At launch of your item to eBay use the AuctionBlox scheduler function 'Launch new listing at end of listing' to let AuctionBlox relist your item automatically if this listing ends.
Relist Manually
To relist an item manually go to the 'Ended Items' / 'Unsold Items' or any other item screen where you find the item you want to relist. Select the item(s) you want to relist and simply click the little Image:Uploads.gif icon to launch these items again.
